We accept ACH wire transfers, checks, and major credit cards. Please note that credit card payments are subject to a processing fee.

We currently accept payments in U.S. dollars only.

Because all Brivaro products are produced in scheduled batches and materials are allocated upon order confirmation, the following policy applies:

• Before Production Begins
  Orders may be modified or canceled within 24–48 hours of placement, provided production has not started. Any payment made will be refunded in full.
• After Production Has Started
  Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified. Deposits are non-refundable, as materials and factory resources have already been committed.
• In-Production Cancellation Requests
  In rare cases, cancellation requests after production has started may be reviewed. If approved, cancellation fees will apply, including:
• Cost of materials
• Production work completed
• Any associated factory or logistics costs
  Remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.
• Completed Orders
  Orders that have completed production or are in transit cannot be canceled.

Tariffs may impact the final cost of your order. However, as we diversify across the world, including building some items domestically and expanding our product lines to be made in the United States, we are minimizing these additional costs as much as we can and continue to diversify.

We do not offer on-site measuring or installation. However, we’re happy to provide guidance and recommendations on where our products would work best to support your project planning.

Brivaro offers preferred pricing through our Brivaro Reserve program, designed for a select group of interior designers and trade professionals.

Access to Brivaro Reserve is by application only and is curated to ensure alignment with our design standards and project focus.
